To secure a booking for a pamper party a 50% deposit will be required upon completion of the booking form. The remainder of the balance is due 3 days before the party commences. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cash or cheque. Please be aware that we print our own cheques and therefore if you choose to pay this way the cheque must be left blank.
If the party is to be cancelled for any reason, one weeks notice MUST be given, failing to do so will lead to the loss of your deposit.
When booking a party if any changes occur, e.g: number of guests/change of address/additional extras/ up grade to other packages, please give at least 3 working days notice so that arrangements can be made.
The minimum number of children for a party is 5, there is no maximum number of guests.


On the day of the party our team will arrive approximately 15 minutes before the agreed start time to set up and will leave approximately 15 minutes after the agreed finish time.
We ask you to provide the biggest room/space possible for our team to set up the mobile salon, to have your food laid out in a different area as we use a lot of glitter dusts and hair sprays, also if possible for you to provide one table, two chairs and a mirror. If this is not possible please let us know at the time of your booking so that other arrangements can be made.
All of the products that are used are not tested on animals and are of the highest quality. Pretty Princess Pamper Parties follow a strict cleanliness procedure and apply make up/hair products and facial products in the most hygienic way possible. Pretty Princess Pamper Parties therefore will except no responsibility for skin reactions after the party has taken place.
Our skin care range ‘Young & Pure’ which is used for teenage packages is specially formulated for teenage skin, it contains no harmful chemicals, therefore making it safe for the use on young skin.
Please make sure that you, the organiser of the party, gain full consent from all of the guests parents that we will be using make up, face paints, temporary tattoos, manicure & pedicure products, skin care products, hair products and nail varnishes at your pamper party.


It is your responsibility as the party organiser to ensure all parents of attending children are aware of what the party involves and to have full consent before the party commences. This includes permission to photograph the children during the course of the party and use the photographs on our website galleries. www.prettyprincess.net.
If on the day of your party  any of the children are seen to have head lice we will be unable to perform hair up designs, although we will still apply glitter spray to their hair.
If on the day of your party any of the children are seen to have verrucas on their feet we will unable to perform pedicure treatments on them although we will still paint their toes.
If on the day of your party any on the children smudge their nail art designs or make up designs we will do our very best to fix them at the end of the party if we have time remaining.
